Pregnancy yoga

I offer private and group yoga, meditation and breathwork classes.

These classes will help you to develop trust and confidence in your own pelvis/body and in the natural process of birth.

The class will offer space for you to improve strength and flexibility safely during your pregnancy.

We will practice breathing techniques to calm your nervous system and relax your body and mind.

All of these teachings may be practiced at home, during labor and beyond.
